This lesson will teach on how to allocate shares as the share information will be used by

  • Statement of changes in equity
  • Director interest
  • Share capital note
 
Steps to create issuance of share

 

  1. Navigate to menu Share>Issue of Share
  2. Click on +Add record
  3. Enter the following information
     
    Transaction Date: 2021-02-02
    Year end: 2021-12-31 (year end of transaction date)
    Issue price: 1
    Purchaser : <the director>
    Number of share: 200,000
     
  4. Click on Add record to save the issuance of share.
