This lesson will teach on how to import the trial balance into the system.
 
For first time adoption of the package, users are required to upload 2 years:

1. comparative trial balance (without decimal/rounded figure)
2. current year trial balance (with decimal place)

Upload comparative year of trial balance

1. Navigate to TB> Convert and Import Excel TB
   
2. Click on +Add Record
3. Select year end to be imported: 2021-12-31
4. Accounting package: others
5. Upload Comparative-year-tb into the system.
6. Click Submit button.
7. Assignment of Account Code, Account Description, Debit & Credit of the column.
8. You may click Round Up Figure check box to remove decimal place.
9. Assignment of account type for each of the trial balance item.

Upload current year of trial balance

1. Same method as comparative year trial balance but just have to select different year end upon uploading
